Puttur, Mar 8: A youth from Alagurimajalu village near Uppinangady ended his life by consuming poisonous substance on Monday March 7. It is said that he was frustrated at his inability to convince his family to accept a girl of his choice as his wife.

Shivaram (29), a resident of Alagurimajalu, his close ones suspected, decided to commit suicide as his family members stoutly rejected the girl he had chosen as his future wife.

Uppinangady police, who have registered a case, have begun investigation.

    So sad ,the Young man committed sue cide because parents not accepted his choice.Even parents should thin slowly what they have done.did they want to loose their son this way?So Young?afterall parents should accept his choice,because hewill be living with the Girl.sometimes what they choose too doesnt function and daily fighting make everybody is not happy.were they waiting good dowry?and she didnt have.Now everybody is sad,unhappy.may his Soul rest in heaven.
