BKCS organizes blood donation camp for Hemophilia patients

Bengaluru, Mar14: Konkani Catholic Sangh, BKCS organized a Blood donation camp for those who are suffering with Hemophilia at St John’s medical college hospital. Camp was organized from 8 am – 1 pm on Sunday, March 13 at St Anthony’s Church Madiwala, Bengaluru.








BKCS organizes this event every year. This year it was great successful compared to the previous once. St John’s medical college and hospital staff under the leadership of Dr Fulton D’Souza and Dr Sita Laxmi deaprtment of transution medicines made the even successful. With the help of volunteers camp was achieved getting 160 bottles of blood for the needy in the hospital.

Fr Johnny Anthony OFM, parish priest wished well with the promise of parishners support for the event. Associate director, St John’s hospital Fr Pradeep Samad, Fr Charles, chaplain of St John’s medical college hospital, William Pinto, president BKCS, Alwyn Rasquinha, secretory BKCS, Maxim Lobo, treasurer BKCS and the members of BKCS were present during the event.
