Mangaluru: School of Social Work to conduct memorial lecture on Mar 17

Mangaluru, Mar 16: The Mangaluru chapter of the alumni association of School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya is organising a Maria Paiva Couceiro memorial lecture on March 17 at 3.00 pm.

The lecture will be on the topic 'General safety at workplace and its importance with statutory implications'. This will be held at the college auditorium. K G Nanjappa, deputy director of factories, Mangaluru will be the guest speaker.

Founder principal of the college, Dr Olinda Pereira will be the guest of honour. Dr Sophia Fernandes, principal of the college will preside over the function.
