Kundapur, Mar 20: "Terrorism has become a major challenge for the entire world. No religion in the world justifies terrorism. However there is a conspiracy to label the actions of some people as being part of their religion. Islam has not justified violence anywhere. Islam teaches that the person who supports and participates in violence is not a true Muslim. The Quran also says the same. It is unfair to label a particular religion as a breeding ground of terrorists," said Bashir Madani.

He was addressing a bike rally on Saturday March 19 held under the leadership of SSF Kundapur division near Shastri circle to create awareness in the state against terrorism.

"Foreign forces at the national level are trying to disrupt peace with regard to terrorism. We need to create awareness in that respect. All religions propagate love, brotherhood and harmony. The principles of all religions are coexistence, peace and amiability. Prophet Mohammed has also proclaimed peace and harmony. Islam does not teach violence. Islam says that even while milking a cow, we should cut our nails and be gentle," he added.

Kundapur division president Sharif Sakhafi, secretary K M Farvez, vice-president Abdul Latif Sakhafi, treasurer Mohammed Chittoor, Faruk Sakhafi, Rafiq Musliyar, Hanif Musliyar, Ayub Moulana and Israd Moodugopadi were present.
