Sullia, Apr 3: A cruel son brought his mother to the bus stand and disappeared from there on Saturday, April 2.
The incident happened at Sullia. The mother has been identified by her name Lakshmi and she says she is from Ajjavara.
The old and fragile woman said that she has three sons and one of them brought her to the bus stand and disappeared without saying anything. It is obvious from his behaviour that he wanted to abandon her. But the whole world is not cruel. Benaka Sports and Arts Club members, who spotted her, brought her to a rehabilitation centre and provided temporary accommodation.
They have consoled her and also they complained to the assistant commissioner (AC) who was on a visit to the town.
The address of teh sons of the old woman are yet to be traced.
