Naresh Shenoy anticipatory bail application adjourned to June 1

Daijiworld Media Network - Mangaluru (SP)

Mangaluru, May 31: The state high court, which is considering the anticipatory bail application moved by Naresh Shenoy, who has been identified by the police as prime accused in the case relating to murder of RTI activist, Vinayak P Baliga, has adjourned the hearing to June 1.

It is gathered that advocate, T Prakash, who was hitherto appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has withdrawn from the case. In his place, Shyam Sundar has been appointed. Shyam Sundar sought time to study the case and place arguments. The high court upheld his request and fixed June 1 for next hearing.

The high court also approved the application moved by Vinayak Baliga's father, Ramachandra Baliga, seeking permission to appoint advocate, N Raveendranath Kamath, to assist the public prosecutor in placing arguments before the court in this case.

I once again reiterate there is collusion between ruling Congress fearing majority vote bank with soft Hindutva with BJP's hardcore hindutva.

The NAMO founder Naresh shenoy is well shielded by local politician, religious leader with all legal assistance.

His arrest will seriously dented the BJP's local political influence and image created electing PM to center.

He is not gone to Dubai neither hiding in UP,he is in safe house.

Each passing day Cobrapost sting operation proves more realist.

Days earlier Manjunath Shenoy alias Manju, who was arrested on the charges of helping Naresh Shenoy the prime accused in Vinayaka Baliga murder case, has been granted bail.Soon Naresh shenoy will be return with heroic welcome.

On May 13th 2014 Naresh Shenoy had booked plane ticket to Anathamurthy to go to Pakistan if Modi became PM. Later on Murthy did not go to Pakistan but he died and Nari Shenoy celebrated Murthy's death with Sweets & Crackers.
But Nari forgot to cancel the ticket booked to Pakistan for Murthy by a Sri Lankan flight. Now it is said that Nari Shenoy has used the same ticket to Pak and flew to Karachi under Ananta Murthy's name! Hence police could not stop him from going abroad in spite of lookout notice of Mangalore Police. See how Anantmurthy is still useful to Sanghi even after his demise.

THREE CRIMINALS supporting NARI are spotted.... Many more to appear... Vakil Shyam Sundar should be arrested, as he knows NARI's whereabouts .... NARI has to sign a VAKALAT FORM to authirise Shyam Sundar to represent hi..... Spine less judicial system.....

There is lots of money poured in by parties with vested interests to fix Naresh Shenoy firmly to this murder because he is associated with Yuva brigade and BJP.
Even the so called President of one member forum who was busy feeding milk to idols of dogs and addicted to thrashing by public, too has got too enthusiastic in this case!

Since both victim & culprit are from same party, 'Clean chit' can be issued to culprit without any hassles!

So, once NaMo Nari has 'clean chit' in hand, he will come out of rat hole!

But Mr. Baliga was an BJP activist and the accused Naresh Shenoy is also a the Leader of Namo Brigade (BJP Supporters are the members). Then what has congress got to do with this?. And over that he is believed to be hiding in the North and far beyond the reach of state government. Since Central Government has the jurisdiction it has to take the case and arrest Naresh Shenoy.
