Bengaluru, May 31: Real estate development group, Apranje Estates Pvt. Lmited has launched sale of residential plots near Bengaluru International airport.
Founded on April 29, 2008, Apranje Estates Limited has progressed rapidly as a company with interest in real estate development and affiliated services .
The flagship entity of the group is Apranje Jewelers, a Bengaluru based provider of premium and customised jewellery in diamonds and precious gems. The firm has been operational since 1961 and its flagship store is at Lavelle Road, Bengaluru.

On December 17, 2013, Apranje got into a partnership with James Pinto and his company M/s Elite Properties to develop real estate projects in Bengaluru. Elite Properties already had five projects completed and sold out to their credit.
With over twenty-two years of experience with L&T and eighteen years of hands-on entrepreneurship in real estate, there is hardly any area in property development that James Pinto has not been exposed to.
An engineer by qualification, James had ably led five developments under the elite banner. James is currently spearheading the property acquisitions, legal and liaison responsibilities for the integrated enterprise.
The new partnership company has now launched five residential projects in premium residential areas in Bengaluru, viz Defence Colony, Koramangala, Nandidurg Road, Indiranagar, and Varthur in the technology hub of Whitefield.
Apranje Estates Pvt Ltd was converted to an unlisted public limited company on January 21, 2015. Further, the company also raised capital through a private placement of convertible debentures in 2015.
