Anger is a natural, though sometimes unwanted or irrational emotion that everybody experiences from time-to-time.
However, controlling and limiting anger is important in every aspect of one's life.
Anger can be an incredibly damaging force;putting limits on what you can accomplish in your personal and professional life and even costing people their jobs, personal relationships, and their lives when it gets out of hand.
The Anger Management workshop will help teach participants how to identify their anger triggers and constructive approaches to manage it effectively.
The workshop covers some of the proven techniques in controlling anger, and ways of responding to an anger-provoking situation.
Our speaker does not claim to be as cool as a cucumber but is continuously perfecting the process to master the art of controlling anger.
He is a professional trainer, mentor, public speaker and a coach and promises to benefitthe audience while entertaining them at the same time.
About the Speaker-
Ronald Olivera is an internationally awarded Public Speaker and esteemed Guest Speaker/ trainer/mentor/coach. He has conducted several workshops/seminars for various corporate/schools/organizations in the Middle East and India and is a sought-after Master of Ceremonies for Corporate/Cultural Events.
He is a member of Toastmasters International (since 1992), a worldwide organization which fosters communication and leadership skills. A Champion for four consecutive years in various public speaking contests in Gulf Region and the only toastmaster in the entire Gulf Region to achieve this feat. The Second place winner of the "International Taped Speech Contest-1997 & 2003" and third place winner in "International Taped Speech Contest-2002" held in California, USA and the only toastmaster in the world to win 3 awards in International Taped Speech contests.
Ronald Olivera has successfully organized several technical presentation trainings, sales promotion workshops, speech crafts and Youth Leadership Programs for various organizations in Middle East and India.He has delivered guest lectures for many organizations, which include Government/Private Organizations, Schools/Colleges/Educational Institutions and coachedindividuals on Public Speaking, Leadership and Presentation Skills.
He has been a Contest Chairperson/Chief Judge/Judge for more than 300 speech competitions in various levels in several organizations and educational institutions.He also has the unique recognition of anchoring a singlecultural event in five languages and is a prolific writer with more than 200 stories/articles published in various magazines.
