Daijiworld Media Network - Bantwal (SP)

Bantwal, Jun 5: In an incident which occurred late night on Thursday June 2 at Gadiyara village in the taluk, a fish vendor from Sakleshpur reportedly was subjected to immoral rowdyism by activists of Sangh Parivar outfits.

As per reports, 45-year-old Munna had left Sakleshpur on Thursday night to buy stock of fish from Mangaluru. Munna works as driver for a vehicle belonging to Monu Kaka from Sakleshpur, who deals in fish. He was accompanied by Monu Kaka's son, Tasleem. At Gadiyara, their vehicle came in contact with a vehicle ahead after the driver briefly lost control. Reportedly, five Sangh Parivar activists dragged them out of the vehicle and indiscriminately hit them from 12 am to 3 am with rods, clubs etc inhumanly. The victims said that when the attackers tried to pour petrol on them and set them on fire, some passersby came to their rescue. The attackers also are said to have robbed Rs 25,000 cash they were having with them.

Munna is being treated in a hospital. There was confusion about jurisdiction between Puttur and Vittal police stations, after which Vittal police registered the case at around 10 pm on Friday.

Munna was shifted from Puttur hospital to a hospital at Sakleshpur after preliminary treatment.

That fish vendor was selling Oman bootai which is also called as Modi-bootai.
That Oman Fish was little rotten and hence calling it as Modi fish was right,
but Sanghi goons did not like rotten bootai being called as Modi bootai as it matches the rotten truth of Feku Govt at Centre.

I think now a day whoever does whatever, Sangh parivar has to take the blame....
But Sangh is so matured that it just smiles for the false blames people desperately put on it for their pseudo satisfaction..

Well created story thinking that siddu will give him compensation of 10 lakh.

Those guys told this fish vendor that they are from sangh parivar and then started beating. Also, they had a sticker pasted on their shirt it seems on which its written as 'iam from sangh parivar'.

Sounds like a cooked up story. How do they know 'Sang Parivar' was behind this episode? A road rage given a communal colour for vote bank politics. Time for the Cong netas to visit hospitals in full media glare , take pics and ensure its splashed on the coastal dailies with big headlines as 'Saviour of minorities'. Not to forget to blame the center.

Of course it is Sangh parivar. Who else will beat a muslim fish vendor with rods and clubs for 3 hours. These reports come from the police, so the police know who they are. Secondly dont sympathize with coastal dailies. They survive on boot licking the sangh parivar.

Thank you law enforcement authorities with coming up with a new word like ''immoral rowdyism''.

That means there even exists moral rowdyism. In future there might be moral robbers, moral terrorists etc.

May God bless the victims with speedy recovery. These saffron brigade should have some sense and consider others as human beings. Religion is NOT the only factor which settles the conflict, but compassion is, which all the religions teach. This fact should not be forgotten by any one.

Gau mata sene has turned into matsya mata sene....I have heard of many accidents in and around Coastal districts if one of those who involve in accident is a Muslim...BD goons would arrive and release out their frustration...On contrary I have heard many people like these fish vendors trying to save life when accidents happen...

Confusion. Incident occured at night. Beating took place between 12 to 3.00 a.m. Are they are trying to Keema. Why did they took long hours to book the case 10.00 p.m.
Why upto now place still not specified in whose jurisdication of police station follows.
How victims knows five people belonged to sangh activists.
What went earlier hurriedly munna to overtake other's vehicle. After all fish is not alive...are living up above ice..frozen already.
Why kept money open to steal by others..??
Should be investigated properly...before blaming others.
Kuch toh log kahenge...logo ka kaam hai kahana...
