No clarity on DySP Anupama's future plans, minister Khader to intervene

Daijiworld Media Network - Mangaluru (SP)

Mangaluru, Jun 7: Even as Kudligi deputy superintendent of police (DySP), Anupama Shenoy, who has tendered her resignation to the job and has since been posting fiery statuses in her Facebook page from an unknown location, there is no clarify what will happen to her resignation or what are her future plans.

Ballari district-in-charge minister, P T Parameshwar Naik, whose name was linked to pressure brought for her transfer in the past, distanced himself from the current episode. "I do not know whether Anupama Shenoy is a good or bad officer. I have nothing to do with her resignation and as such, I do not feel the need to comment about this development," he stated. He said that he came to know about her resignation after the district superintendent of police told him over phone and that he does not know about facebook, WhatsApp etc.

In the meanwhile, state health and family planning minister, U T Khader, said that he knows Anupama, who hails from Udupi district, personally. Khader, who was at Gangavathi, said that he will visit her home and convince her to withdraw her resignation,.

Khader opined that efficient officers should not bend under pressure, adding that neither the government, nor district in-charge minister, Parameshwar Naik, had brought pressure on Anupama. He asked BJP and JDS not to politicize this issue.

It is not possible for officers who follow the law and the correct procedure to work under the government and in particular in the police department. The officer has left of her own free will and there is no alternative government according to service rules but to accept her resignation. What she does in the future is her business. Politicians need not bother.

if she transfered to Mangalore, BD dont have work as police force will work, and she will not work as congress slaves.

BD have work, only where govt official work as congress slaves.

Sleepless night to Bawa, Bewi, Khader and all... because she dont allow them to put their nose every where.

It is proved also, khader started press conference even before news came in media.

DySP Anupama's resignation has sent shock waves to the top police officers as well as some ruling ministers too.

If her resignation is accepted and she is free from the civil service, then, she will be free to open the lid of many politicians. That does not mean, BJP/JDS's are saints. Majority of the politicians are the children of same father, CORRUPTION and that is why corruption is in their genes.

We wish deputy superintendent of police (DySP), Anupama Shenoy, all success in her future plans.

@this rate Khader Bhai will be Rahul of Karnataka.
I mean this is not a 'health' problem right? A 'Law and order' problem rather. Let the concerned take charge. Just because he knows her and all that..what can be done?
Like that I know Sunny Gavaskar and met him in the 1980's and all that. I had then met some people, who are now powerful in BCCI. That does not mean ,I can go meet him and advise him if he has problems with the BCCI..Is it not?..I mean..All of you get the gist?
    If no...Then What to do?

In Baliga's murder case, it was religious mafia have dictated terms. When it comes to the religious leaders importance, all religious leaders irrespective of their religion are working under one roof. They always fool the general public.

Mafia is evil to society and amongst all the mafia, it is the Religious mafia is the biggest evil.

Khader is right! He is an upright personality as always. As I said earlier, Anupama should fight head on instead of surrender to pressure. I wish she will withdraw resignation and will be a bold officer for many more years to come!!!

My personal view is that DySP Anupama should have fought instead of giving up under pressure..Sincere and Straight forward people always face this problem..That is why Great Philosoper,Minister Chanakya said " Straight trees are cut first..." Anyway, Minister Khader's intervention is good..Atleast one Minister in State is eager to solve this issue..I think Siddu doesn't like this step..Mr.Khader will face problem if he seriously involved in this issue..(Siddu did not like IAS officer D.K.Ravi too)..Anyway ..Best of Luck..We need DySP..

    Mr. Kadher,
You might want to stay out of this. There is no place for honest officers in the civil services or Police. Corrupt and dishonest politicians have spread their tentacles too deep into the government machinery. A digital revolution involving the youth and mass uproar will only solve..

"Efficient Officers should not bend under Pressure" that is what Minister UTK says. But Political Bosses have their own way dealing with the opposition, that too they trample the Bureaucrats or Government Officials, who do not toe their line of interest. One more example in our own Kudla, can any one counts the no of Commissioners shunted out from M.C.C. as on date ? Some times we feel Politics stinks, is it not true???
