Mr Robert Pais, glad that you have noticed the nightmare of problems.
MLA was in such hurry to start building Musical Fountain. I was thinking that soon MLA and MLC will be dancing to the musical theme. They removed those beautiful trees and now water is standing thus breeding Mosquitoes. Along that mosquitoes are enjoying Sugarcane Juice as bark is thrown around by the vendors. Now they don't go to that property worrying that they might get Dengue or Malaria,or both for their sins. Sad this great city became corruption base.

It will be a miracle if the dengue virus fever does not spread in Mangalore. There is water stagnating in many places- a haven for mosquitoes to breed. The MCC administration seem to be taken aback by the onset of monsoon - like they did not expect this region has monsoon.

Drains for rain water flow are either partially cleared or are blocked completely with garbage and dirt. The dug up garbage/sand is seen piled up next to the drains ! In a few days it will again go back to the drains(I do not understand their logic). Perhaps the dept which carries out this work has not realized the need to get trucks to dump this garbage well away from the drains.

Next move of Dengue Mosquitoes will be to Mangalore. They are waiting for next bus to Mangalo0re.
Just check the back door Properties of MLA and MLC and the Ministers. They are only busy with Publicity with Banners and Road Barricades.
    1. Check the back side of JR Lobo office,KUDCEMP building for garbage and the gutter next to building and area near Kadri Market.
    2. Check the back side of MLA Bawa's Office in MCC Building, near gate of Commercial Complex. Check the gutter flowing and the garbage.
    3. Check the back side of MLC Ivan's office in MCC Building. Old plastic banners and other garbage is piled in heaps. Water is stored in this pile and mosquitoes are breeding. May be barricades should be kept with His name warning Public about "Do Not Cross Here Mosquitoe Breeding Is On"
    4. Health? Minister UT Khader family Property in Kadri, behind Biryani Paradise. Property is paradise for Mosquitoes. Except dead body, everything is thrown in there along with drain water. From Garbage to wild vegetation, along with wild creatures are there to see. And We the People in the surrounding houses suffer with Mosquitoes.

Informed His Office several dozen times but it is like pouring water on rock. He warns others how to behave and warns with sever Action. But for Him not severity.
Sad part of this Smart and Stupid City is that even after informing the MCC officials ,they do not take sever action. They only give lip service.
