With Mr. Chandra Shekhar at the helm of affairs as Commissioner of Police, Mangalore ably assisted by his two DCPs Mr. Patil and Mr. Shantharaju, the City of Mangakore is in safe hands. Nothing seems to escape their attention. I join scores of people in complimenting them on the very good work done by them. May their tenures in Mangalore continue for a long time.
