Puttur, Sep 21: The post graduate department of commerce of St Philomena College here celebrated Fresher’s Day on September 16 at the college auditorium.
The chairperson of the centre for PG studies and research Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro in his address said, "Leadership qualities and communicative skills play a predominant role in determining one’s future endeavours."
The principal, professor Leo Noronha in his presidential address said, "Quality and creativity will lead to overall development of an individual."
The coordinator of the department Divyashree K expressed her wishes to all the freshers for their pleasant academic stay in the department.
