Udupi, Sep 28: Bail applications moved by two of the accused in NRI businessman, Bhaskar Shetty's murder case, were heard on Tuesday September 27. Orders on these applications will be issued on October 1.
Srinivas Bhat and Raghavendra, who have been accused of destruction of evidences in the case, had filed these bail applications. For the application, which is being heard by the district and sessions court, public prosecutor, Shanti Bai, put forth counter arguments urging the court not to grant bail to the accused.
The judge, after hearing both the sides, fixedOctober 1 as the date for pronouncing order.
