Kasargod, Oct 10: A CPI (M) activist was murdered in broad daylight at Kuthuparamba near Kannur on Monday, October 10.
Mohan (50) from Kuyichchal is the person deceased.

As per details, Mohan worked in a wine shop. A gang of miscreants who came in a Maruti Omni car entered the shop and killed Mohan. All of them covered their faces with cloths.

Injured Mohan was rushed to the cooperative hospital in Tellicherry. But he succumbed to serious wounds.

CPI (M) has blamed RSS for the murder and called for strike in the 4 neighbouring grama panchayats.

Police have made special security arrangements in the area so that no untoward incident takes place.

This is the seventh politically motivated murder in Kannur district in the past 10 months.

    Kerala people are highly educated but Kerala politics of CPI(M) & RSS is so dirty they don't know other than revenge killing. Thanks God atleast Congress is far away from such DIRTY POLITICS. Now RSS people must be very vigilant because killing the human of any party, never solve the problem and it must be stopped at any cost.

    Killers do not belong to humanity. Increasing violence is a sign of human deficit. We have one life to live and if we do not use that life to live, to relate and to serve humanity has no future. Let us put an end to all violence, killing and hate-mongering and start affirming, accepting and encouraging people. Peace can begin by one and it can spread to all

    Dear Mahendra, you are talking like a dumb/deaf/blind person though you know the truth that the killers are none but from the terrorist organisation RSS. Sangh parivar is trying to create enmity between religions in kerala to get political gain. RSS is a anti national organisation who was behind the killing of Mahatma Gandhiji. Its a shame that such terror related organisation is existing in India and Govt is not taking action whereas many organisation which are doing humanity are being targetted and black listed. All keralities should unite and kick out this terrorist organisatin at the earleist.
