Mangaluru: Biruver Kudla excels in ‘Pili Vesha’ during Dasara Carnival

Mangaluru, Oct 11: To mark this year's Mangaluru Dasara, Biruver Kudla, an initiative of Friends Ballalbagh, hosted 'Pili Vesha' for the second year in a unique and mesmerizing style at the Mangaluru Dasara on Tuesday, October 11.

Biruver Kudla this time comprised of 146 'Pili Vesha' artistes who performed dances on tableaus during the procession. 

7 tableaus belonging to Friends Ballalbagh Biruver Kudla along with Kerala Chende and Nasik Band were spectacular attraction. Many enthusiastic kids actively involved in performing the 'Pili Vesha' dance. 

Pili Vesha artistes performed throughout city mainly at Kudroli temple, Kadri Siddivinayaka temple, Bikarnakatta, Bejai, Kadri ground, Maryhill and Ballalbagh.
