Strangely most commentators here blame the victim. The idea that theft is normal is now taken for granted.

Pet dogs are very useful to alert those houses on ground floor, also keep away strangers from your neighborhood or renting houses those are single males from other states and other districts.

It is so sad that my highschool head master lost most of his investments. He worked hard all his life, at home and at work.I remember him as an outstanding inspiring teacher. Hopefully the family will get their investments back from the culprits.

65 sovereign of gold and Rs.75,000/= cash.

When one cannot wear so much of gold, why not keep it in the bank locker. Gold value may not less than 13 laks.
    When we people will learn.

When spending so much for gold, at-least keep one/two dogs and give them at-least leftover food - you won't regret !
