Bagalkote, Dec 31: The main accused in former minister H Y Meti sex scandal, DAR police constable Subhash Mugalakhod, has been suspended from his job. The letter from superintendent of police M N Nagaraj addressed to Subhash Mugalakhod on Friday December 30, says that Subhash has been suspended for indiscipline, negligence and irresponsibility.

Subhash Mugalakhod has been on leave from October 19 without proper authorization. There have been many cases filed against him at Navanagar police station here for various offenses.

Meanwhile RTI activist Rajashekar Mulali has not replied to the notice sent to him by Ballary superintendent of police R Chetan. Speaking to reporters Chetan said that Rajashekar Mulali had said that there were threats to his life by H Y Meti supporters. The police department, which wanted to ascertain the truth, sent a notice to Mulali with some questions. But Mulali has chosen not to reply.
