Mangaluru, Jun 9: Police personnel of Suratkal station arrested a person named Taufeeq Sheikh (24), resident of Krishnapur sixth block, on charges of misbehaving with Venugopal, assistant sub-inpector of the city (north) police station, and a woman police constable. The incident happened when both the police personnel were on duty at church road, Suratkal.

Taufeeq, currently living at Falnir, was riding his two-wheeler without wearing a helmet. When questioned by police, he reportedly behaved rudely with them. The accused was produced in the court.
