Kasargod: Manager of clothes shop killed by wayward car

Kasargod, Jun 14:  After a car deviated from its path, went astray and hit a building standing by the roadside, manager of a clothes store in the town, who was driving the vehicle, was killed. The accident occurred on Tuesday June 13.

The victim of the accident was Muhammed Basith (22), son of P H Abdul Khader, resident of Pulkur near Madhoor in the district. Basith was working as manager for a clothes store at the old bus stand here.

Basith had visited the house of his sister at Talangare here on Tuesday on the occasion of Ramzan and had returned to the clothes store. He had closed the shop at night and was returning home in his car when he lost control over the vehicle. It is gathered that in the past too he had suffered critical injuries when moving in his car, after the vehicle hit a building at Anangoor.
