Mumbai, Jul 31: Jayalaxmi Cooperative Credit Society held their seventeenth annual general body meeting at Satyanarayana Goenka Bhavan, Andheri east on Sunday July 30.

Dr Narayana R Gowda, executive president of the bank along with the directors lit the traditional lamp and set the meeting in progress.

Outgoing president Narayana R Gowda said that Rangappa C Gowda is elected as president for the period 2018-2021, A Kempe Gowda as vice president, K Raje Gowda as secretary and Muthe S Gowda as treasurer. “Sunil K Awad and Soorath N Yadav are appointed as additional directors,” he said.



Entrepreneurs Saddu Gaekwad, Shivarama J Gowda, Sunder Poojary, Jayarama Gowda Sakinaka, Jayarama Devegowda and society vice president K Raje Gowda, secretary Rangappa C Gowda, directors Chandan C Chari, Muthe S Gowda, A Kempe Gowda Gondenahalli, Anusooya R Gowda, Devaki Narayana Gowda, Sunanda R Gowda, Rahul U Lagade and Bharathi S Gaekwad were on the dais.

Pratap Singh and Congress leader Chandra Shetty expressed their opinions on behalf of the gathering.

Parshuram K Dound, manager of the society read the report of the last annual meeting. Prajwal Gowda and Bhoomika Gowda performed a dance. Accounts officer Shilpa S Mandawkar gave details of accounts, Asha Rani B Gowda explained the annual activities. Prakash N Vadkar gave details of the internal accounts and annual business.

Shivakumar H Gowda presented the annual budget. K Rajegowda conducted the meeting, introduced the guests and proposed the vote of thanks.
