Bengaluru: Swamiji accused of love affair - Villagers gherao Jungama Math

Bengaluru, Oct 26: A video has gone viral showing the Swamiji, who was to be the chairperson of the Jungama Math, in compromising position with a lady. Villagers of Hunasemaranahalli are staging the protest demanding action against the Swamiji.

Dayanand, son of Swamiji Sri Pattada Parvatharaja Shivacharya, is the person who is said to have been caught red handed by the villagers while having intimate affair with a lady said to be an actress.

Swami Shivacharya nominated his son Dayanand as the successor in 2011 for this Veerashaiva Math, which has a legacy of 500 years.

The devotees are demanding that the seer from Shree Shaila Shakha Peetha should resolve this issue. They are also asking to handover the accused Swamiji Dayanand to police.

Media has reported that more than 100 police personnel are on the spot to control the situation.

    If you get facilities and wealth at free of cost this is the condition .Further marriage should be part of life whether he is Swamiji mulla or Christian priest. Marriage and sex is the basic need of human and it is natural process if you try to control it the result is illicit relationship.

    Here’s a list of those who made the cut
    1. Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Singh; Convicted rapist on trial for murder
    2. Asaram Bapu; Says calling 'bhaiya' will save women. Accused of rape and murder.
    3. Narayan Sai: Son of Asaram Bapu. known as escape artist famous for raping father disciples.
    4. Radhe Ma: Loves to dance and bless her devotees by getting them to lift her. Faces dowry charges.
    5. Sant Rampal: Skipped 42 hearings and Charged with murder during religious clash.
    6. Swami Aseemanand: Former RSS activist. Charged with plotting 4 terror attacks. Confessed to target Muslim religious sites.
    7. Swami Sachidanand: Known as 'Disco baba' or 'Builder baba'. Involvement in liquor business provoked his removal.
    8. OM Swami: Introduced on Bigg boss 10 as a 'social, religious and political leader'. Recetly launched a bra brand.
    9. Nirmal baba: TRP superstar, his show was aired on 40 different channel. Accused of cheating, tax evasion and spreading superstition.
    10. Ichadhari Bimanda: South Delhi Godman sex racket busted in 2010.
    11. Acharya Kushmani
    12. Brihaspathi Giri & Malkhan Singh: In 2013 they were accused of kidnapping a woman.
    Surprisingly, Nityanand Swami and Raghaveshwara bharati from Karnataka were omitted despite having similar cases.
    People are so ignorant and willing to follow, that being a Baba seems to be the most recession proof job currently.

    Two things:
    - Firstly, in the current case, what exactly is the crime? Getting intimate with an adult woman per-se is not a crime in India. So, what is that the villagers or you are complaining about? Somehow our society has built an expectation that a swami (whatever it means legally) should abstain from sexual desires, though everyone knows that it is a basic human instinct;

    - Secondly, who the hell is Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad? Do they have any legal standing or do they have any investigative expertise? Have they even followed any due process before releasing the list you are mentioning?

    Article says This future Swamiji is Son of present Swamiji .Means it's a tradition to make Grihastha as the Peetadhipathi .So best would be identify this young Swamiji lover arrange a marriage and then let Swamiji be crowned as Peetadhipathi. Nothing wrong in having a conjugal life .It's not a sin not a crime either .But please don't wear the dress of traditional Safron dress of Swamiji .Instead wear white dress

Forget it.Take the permission first from your homeminister .Otherwise you might be decieved of a midday meal.To be serious ,till now I was thinking that swamijis are backed to worldly enjoyment including marraige.Now I know it isnt.May be it was a honey trap? to get money? otherwise how come a video goes viral?who had hands in it?Other side if they are allowed to marry and have offsprings why should people go wild?cant understand .
