Bengaluru: Cong claims Yeddy's son Vijayendra offered Rs 15 cr to MLA, releases audio

Bengaluru, May 19: The Congress on Saturday May 19 made serious allegations against chief minister B S Yeddyurappa's son B S Vijayendra, accusing him of luring a Congress MLA with Rs 15 crore to support the BJP during floor test.

Shivaram Herbbar, Yellapur Congress MLA's wife Vanajakshi allegedly received a call from Vijayendra who offered Rs 15 crore, a ministerial position and withdrawal of court cases.

In an audio clip which is going viral, Vijayendra is purportedly heard negotiating with the MLA's wife.

B J Puttaswamy who is a close aide of Yeddyurappa is too accused by Congress leader V S Ugrappa of luring MLA's wife.

Naren Raj Purohit, a Congress supporter too shared a link of audio on twitter and said, "BSY's Son BY Vijayendra negotiating with Congress MLA's daughter. Crores of money, ministerial position, withdrawal of court cases. Need anymore proof of Modi & Shah's corruption free India. These two men are the biggest shame, blot on our Country (sic)."

This is the second audio clip that Congress has released in the last 24 hours. On Friday May 18, the Congress released an audio clip where mining baron Janardhana Reddy is purportedly heard offering Congress MLA from Raichur ministerial berth of his choice and promising to make him '100 times' richer. The BJP denied the allegations and said it was a fake CD.

B S Yeddyurappa who took oath two days ago is facing the Supreme Court-ordered floor test in the Karnataka assembly on Saturday at 4 pm.

    sri_elder, tell us how and why Yeddy, Modi, Amit through their lawyer told the supreme court that there are few unhappy congress and JDS MLA's in contact with them who will support BJP during floor test and they cant reveal the names at the moment!?. Dont you think contact is nothing but these audio CD's!? Do you remember, Shobha just yesterday telling that their phones are being tapped by Congress...!!!???. In spite of all these things you are asking this....!!!???. If still not satisfied, please you or your chaddis file a defamation suit for 1000 crores or more and say that these CD's are fake and created by congress dirty tricks department!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.     These happenings are nothing but a Rape and Murder of Democracy in India. The Tampering of EVM'S, The total erosion of faith in Governors and the open bribing of MLA'S will lead to chain reaction and a total collapse of our system and values.

    God save our country.

    If the greatest Democracy can shift over fro EVM to Ballot papers, then the Largest Democracy should also shift to Ballot papers so that the will of people is not hijaked by tamering with the EVM machines.

    The MLA did not get 15 lakhs but 15 crore. So why not take and enjoy for life. It takes more time to make so much of money in a ordinary persons life. There is time for next elections. So please take the money.
