Hassan, Jun 29: Two girl students of a PU college lost their lives on Thursday June 28 after the motor bike on which they were travelling got knocked down by a tipper truck on Arasikere Road near Javagal.
The unfortunate victims of the accident were Asha and Seema, first PU students of Paduvalahippe junior college in Holenarasipur taluk. The accident happened when the
girls, along with a friend, visited Jenukallu Siddeshwara Hill by motor bike and were on their return home. Asha died on the spot while Seema breathed her last on
her way to hospital.
Santosh, who suffered serious injuries, is being treated at the government hospital. Personnel of Javagal police station visited the spot and registered a case.
