Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Sep 19: Judgement on the case pertaining to the abduction of superstar of Kannada cinema, 'Nata Sarvabhouma' Dr Rajkumar, will be delivered on September 25, 18 years after the incident. This verdict will be delivered by additional district judge of Erode, Tamil Nadu, K Mani.

Rajkumar had been kidnapped by forest brigand, Veerappan's gang, on July 30, 2000 from his farm house at Gajanur in Erode district, Tamil Nadu. This incident had given rise to tense atmosphere in both the states and both the states had hunted for Veerappan through various measures, losing a large number of police personnel in the bargain.

After several rounds of talks mediated by Gopal, editor of 'Nakkeeran' Tamil periodical, and the government conceded several demands of Veerappa, Rajkumar was released after 108 days in captivity.

Main accused, Veerappan, and his associates, Sethukuli Govindan, Rangaswamy and five others were named in the case. Veerappan, Govindan and Rangaswamy have already died. The other five are in prison. Their future will be determined on September 25.

Drag this case for another five years. By that time the other five who are in prison will also die.

Case closed without any decree or Judgement !

    Beauty of Indian Judiciary....

Nor the Victim or the Culprit alive...... Wasting the tax payer money again...

Instead of doing this judgement, Please utilize the court time in making judgment for other pending Cases / Important cases.

1.What is this judgement going to achieve?

2.What were the concerned officials doing thus far ?

3.Is anyone interested ? That too from a lower court judgement ?

4.Where the police visiting forests, talking to wild trees ,elephants etc gathering evidence these 18 years ?

Are the 4 vital questions.to be answered before the judgement.
    Belief in Reincarnation perhaps ?

Does not make any sense this.
