Ballari, Nov 1: MLC, Ivan D'Souza, expressing anger at the personal onslaught against former chief minister, Siddaramaiah, said that a complaint will be lodged with the Election Commission (EC) against former minister, Janardhan Reddy, for raising personal issues during the bypoll and speaking in a way that was instigative.
Speaking at a press meet organized here on Wednesday October 31, Ivan sated that speaking at Hangal on the border of Chitradurga and Ballari districts recently, Reddy had spoken against Siddaramaiah without taking care to maintain decency and decorum.
"Reddy had claimed that the death of Siddaramaiah's son was caused for sending Reddy behind the bars. As this is a statement which hurts sentiments of the people, it has been decided to approach the Election Commission with a complaint," he stated.
