Mangaluru Nov 27: In order to create awareness on organ donation, Unity Hospital, Falnir is glowing with green light sending out a message on the importance of organ donation.
On November 27, National (Indian) Organ Donation Day is observed. On November 25 a walkathon was organised at Mangala Stadium under the aegis of Indian Medical Association to mark the Organ Donation Day, where a large number of people gathered for the walkathon.
Walkathon was conducted with a prime objective of creating awareness on the importance of organ donation. Unity Hospital is one among the other hospitals who joined hands in this campaign to create awareness on organ donation and glittered with green light which will last for another two days.
