Mumbai, Nov 27: Havyaka Welfare Trust distributed prizes of V G Bhat Memorial Poetic Discussion and poetry competitions at Ghatkoper west on November 25.
Kannada poet Gopal Trasi chaired the programme. Havyaka Welfare Trust president Shivakumar presided over the prize distribution programme. Chief guest V N Hegde Kalva and honorary chief secretary Narayana R Akadasa presented prizes to the winners.
Prajna Mutthihalli Dharwad won first prize, Smitha Amratharaj Sampaje second prize and Dheerendra Nagarahalli Bengaluru was presented third prize. Hema Sadanand Ameen received consolation prize.
Trust organ Havyaka Sandesh monthly magazine editor Amitha S Bhagwat welcomed the gathering. Shashikala Hegde compered the programme. Narayana R Akadas proposed the vote of thanks.
