Mumbai Kannada Sangha conducts two guest lectures

Mumbai, Jan 1: Kannada Sangha, Mumbai held two guest lectures at the office of the sangha at Matunga on December 30.

The lectures by Khalsa College, Kannada premi mandali was delivered by Vani Shetty and the late G V Rangaswamy memorial lecture was delivered by author Sujnyani Biradar.

President of the Sangha, G S Nayak in his introductory address said that Kannada sangha has been serving Kannada language for the last 82 years.

Veteran artiste Sunitha M Shetty, vice president of the sangha, S K Bhavani and others were present.



Head of library S K Padmanabha sang a prayer song. Joint secretary Somanath Karkera compered the programme. Treasurer Sudhaker C Poojary proposed the vote of thanks.
