Around 3 am in the morning, Aboobacker and his accomplice had entered the house of Ramesh from the front door itself by using the key of the house itself. They had removed the key of the house that was kept inside by using a stick and bent hook. They tried to destroy the evidence by swiping the floor of the house after the theft. However, the police had got the required clue in the cupboard of the house. Police arrested Aboobacker with the help of his picture that was recorded in the CCTV.

The arrested Aboobacker has a cloth shop in Chikkamagaluru. During night he used to steal valuables from houses. He used to roam around in his two wheeler itself while going for theft. hard to believe .At this age night duty ,during the day working as merchant. It looks for me he is going to theft as a sickness which he is doing without his awareness. Some people do theft ,to cover their emptiness inside their head or heart , ,things which they dont need really in life and never use.But as he has a second person with him ,may be want to cover his loss during the day.It is not normal at this age to go pranken.Still punishment is a must.According to his age ,give him a fair punishment and let him return their goods and money.

until the fear of law is not there in peoples mind, this things will happen and will continue to happen, so there is a real need for some strict laws like gulf countries. right now in India law is something like " bail thikundu tension ejji" and the judgement will come after 6 - 10 years till then a criminal is free to vote and enjoy his life and even he can stand for election. when the criminal is convicted he will be on 55+ age, this is some what like retirement plan in jail. if a politician faces any criminal charges, until he is proven innocent he must not be allowed to be in politics.
