Hassan: Minister Revanna falls into deep slumber on dais during party conference

Daijiworld Media Network - Hassan (MS)

Hassan, Jan 14: H D Revanna, minister for PWD, fell into a deep slumber after completing his speech in the conference that was taking place in the district.

JD (S) was holding its conference in the city. Revanna addressed the gathering at the conference. After Revanna's speech, former prime minister H D Devegowda started his speech. However, Revanna slid into deep sleep when his father was delivering the speech.

Reacting to the statement of Modi calling Karnataka chief minister H D Kumaraswamy as the clerk who has entangled himself in the midst of the Congress party, H D Devegowda said, "Do not ridicule Modi from morning till evening. It is not a big issue. Just forget it.

"For the last 56 years, you have made me grow politically. I do not have any enemies. I have not done injustice to any community. I have not caused pain to anyone's mind. Likewise, the party is not the property of my family. This party belongs to all. Kumaraswamy has become a CM just with the support of 38 JD (S) MLAs. I know his pain. The government needs to be run with the support of 78 MLAs of Congress. The party has to survive in the coalition," said Devegowda.
