Mumbai: Bhandary Seva Samiti ladies wing celebrates Makara Sankramana

Mumbai, Jan 29: Bhandary Seva Samithi ladies wing celebrated annual Makara Sankranti at Vishweshatheertha auditorium, Santacruz east on Sunday January 27.

Famous gynecologist Dr Vidya H Shetty was the chief guest. Well known homeopathic doctor Dr Neetha K Deodhar, social worker Vasanti Maroli and Dr Hemanth Shetty were the guests of honor. The programme was held under the leadership of Bhandary Seva Samiti president advocate R M Bhandary and ladies wing president Shalini R Bhandary.

Samiti honorary chief secretary Shashidhar D Bhandary and honorary secretary Jayasudha T Bhandary and office bearers, ladies wing members offered prayers to Kachuru Nageshwara deity. Honorary secretary Jayasudha T Bhandary and ladies wing office bearers offered traditional honors to the guests.



Ria Ranjith Bhandary sang a prayer song. Ladies wing joint secretary Saritha Bangera compered the cultural programme. Executive committee member Pallavi Ranjith Bhandary explained Arasina Kumkuma, introduced the guests and compered the hall programme. Vice president Rekha A Bhandary proposed the vote of thanks. Children and ladies wing members presented a cultural programme.
