Mangaluru: MRPL to hold three-day Artificial Limb Camp

Mangaluru, Jan 30: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) will be organizing the 17th Artificial Limb Camp for three days, as part of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for the benefit of the persons with disability on February 15, 16 and 17 at MRPL township, Bala.

Persons who are interested in availing this facility are requested to send their details like name, address, age, phone no. if any, particulars of the handicap etc and details of earlier participation in the MRPL conducted camps, addressed to the CGM (CSR), Mangalore Refinery and Pettrochemicals Ltd., Post Kuthethur, Via Katipalla- 575030, Mangalore, Dakshina Kannada on or before February 8. Polio affected people who are unable to walk can also participate in the camp.

The Camp shall be arranged in 2 phases. In the first phase, measurement only shall be taken and in the second phase, fittings of limbs will be carried out (approx. 10 to 15 days after taking measurement).
