Mangaluru: Martyred CRPF personnel - Gantalkatte church holds condolence meet

Mangaluru, Feb 19: On February 17, the parishioners of Gantalkatte church in collaboration with Excellent PU College, Kallabettu held a condolence meeting in Gantalkatte church premises to pay homage to the departed souls of more than 49 CRPF soldiers who were killed in one of the deadliest terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir on February14.

Fr Jesudas D'costa presided over the programme and Vincent D'costa, principal, Rotary Education Institute was the chief guest. Lion’s Club president, Dr K N Shetty, Jumma Masjid Gantalkatte president Haji Abdullah and Shridhar K were also present.



Parishioners and students gathered as patriots to pay their respects to the late brave hearts of the country and pass a message to the bereaved families that special thoughts and heartfelt prayers are with them during this time of sorrow.
