Udupi: Ganja peddler arrested, ganja worth Rs 90 thousand, handset seized

Udupi, Mar 8: Udupi CEN crime police station inspector Seetharama P and staff here after receiving definite information arrested Jonathan Samuel (22), resident of Nandankod, Thiruvanantapuram, Kerala on open place behind Royal Embassy apartment, Vidyarathan nagar, Udupi Shivalli village.

The arrest took place on March 7. 2kg 112 gram ganja worth Rs 90,000 and a handset worth Rs ten thousandand were seized from him.

The operation was conducted on guidance from Udupi district additional SP Kumar Chandra on directions from Udupi SP Nisha James.

CEN crime police station inspector Seetharama P, staff Sathish, Krishna Prasad, Raghavendra Uppoor, Sridhar, Raghavendra Brahmavar, Pravin and Sujay took part in the operation.
