Moodbidri: House damaged due to gas cylinder explosion

Moodbidri, Mar 10: In an incident that occurred at Maroor Gandotya near here a house got damaged extensively when a gas cylinder got exploded on the evening of Saturday, March 9.

This mishap has occurred at the house belonging to Prakash Devadiga who is a piper by profession.

Gulabi, mother of Prakash was using the gas cylinder as usual. However, the cylinder exploded suddenly and made a huge hole on the mud wall of the house and as a result, the wall collapsed. Fortunately, no one in injured in the incident.

Revenue inspector of the town as well as the village accountant visited the spot and conducted investigation.
