Sharjah, Apr 5: Tulunada Bunter UAE organised Bunts Premier League cricket tournament recently at Al Bataya ground. Fortune Bunts bagged the coveted trophy after they beat runners-up Heat Shield Shimanthoor Gladiators.

Eight teams took part in the tournament. Premnath Shetty’s Heat Shield Shimanthoor Gladiators, Praveen Shetty’s Fortune Bunts, Gunsheel Shetty’s Ace Avengers, Devesh Alva’s Maladi Warriors, Praveen Shetty Yeyyadi’s MM Warriors, Ravi Shetty’s Payyar Punters, Sharath Shetty’s Arasa Warriors Jain Investment and Mahesh Shetty’s Dubai Bunters were the teams.

Roshan Shetty was adjudged ‘Man of the Match’ and Pradeep Hegde won the ‘Man of the Series’ award. While Shivaprasad Shetty bagged the ‘Best Batsman’ award, Prasad Shetty walked away with the ‘Best Bowler’ award.

Suryakanth Shetty, Pradeep, Prashnath, Shakeer, and Irshad performed the umpiring duties. The official scorers were Prashanth Shetty, Sachin Shetty, and Jeevan Shetty. Vinod Shetty, Shivaprasad Shetty, and Sathish Madival were the commentators.
