Chikkamagaluru: Time to decide if you want a working MP – Pramod Madhwaraj

Daijiworld Media Network – Chikkamagaluru (EP)

Chikkamagaluru, Apr 5: “History is created here in country’s elections by a candidate of a party contesting under another party’s symbol. The coalition of Congress and JDS is like a mixture of milk and honey,” said Congress-BJP coalition candidate Pramod Madhwaraj. He was speaking in the meeting of Moodigere Vidhan Sabha constituency, Kalasa Block Congress and JD(S) activists.

He said, “I have the satisfaction of going about to government offices during my term as the minister with the bag of appeals received from people, obtaining Rs 2,000 crore grant and of conducting overall development.

“My constituency has received first place in the survey of 224 MLAs conducted by the media at the end of my term. The go back movement against candidates by party activists is seen only in the candidature of Shobha. Therefore, it is well known that her contribution to the constituency is zero.

“I am bound to provide justice to the poor and solve problems. Shobha Karandlaje is using the name of B S Yeddyurappa for ticket and the name of Modi for votes. She has left people high and dry without doing any work and without responding to people’s woes. Therefore, you should decide if you want a candidate that works or the one who does not work visiting the constituency occasionally,” he said.

Congress and JD(S) leaders were present in the meeting.
