Bengaluru, Apr 5: The last of this year's SSLC examinations, third language, was conducted on Thursday April 4. With this, the SSLC examination process has come to an end.

SSLC answer sheets evaluation work will began on April 10. The state secondary education examination board has sent work order to 72,000 evaluators to attend to this work. Board director, V Sumangala, said that the board is not yet clear about the people attending the evaluation work now, as services of many among them are also being used for election work. Therefore, she said, a clear picture will emerge after the evaluators report for duties on April 10.

She said that on the last day, two students were debarred, taking the number of students debarred during this year's SSLC examination to nine. This is the lowest as compared to previous three years. 13 were debarred in 2016-17, and 69 in 2017-18, she pointed out.
