Udupi: Fiery Friday - several fire mishaps witnessed in district

Udupi, Apr 6: There were fire mishaps at many places in Udupi on Friday, April 5. There were mishaps at dry grass stack, paddy field and dumping yard.

Fire was also seen in the forest near Anantnagar, Indrali. Several trees were damaged. Fire brigade staff extinguished the raging fire.

While a dry grass stack caught fire due to short circuit in Narsal village, Padubidri, a dumping yard near Ranga mandira, Beedinagudde also caught fire.



The nearby area was covered by smoke.
