Mangaluru: Crash course on culinary skills inaugurated at Milagres College

Mangaluru, Apr 9: Correspondent of Milagres Educational Institutions, Fr Valerian D’Souza inaugurated crash course in culinary skills here at Milagres College of Hotel Management on Monday, April 8.

The crash course will be conducted from April 8 to 12.

Addressing the gathering, correspondent of Milagres Educational Institutions, Fr Valerian D’Souza said, "Healthy food always helps us maintain good health and good health keeps us away from doctor. I urge everyone to take part in this short term course and make use of the opportunity.”



Head of the department of BSc in hospitality science Denzil D’Costa will be faculty for the crash course in culinary skills.

Principal of Milagres College Fr Michael Santhumayor, vice president of parish pastoral council Cecilia Pereira, academic advisor Prof Lourdswamy and others were present.
