Ayudh Mangaluru organises 'Play in mud like a kid'

Mangaluru, May 4: Ayudh here organised seed ball making (Play in mud like a kid) event recently, coinciding with Earth Day.

The AYUDHians collected few varities of wild fruit seeds useful to birds and animals. Due to extensive deforestation and human greed, many of these fruit trees are taking the path of extinction. To prevent this, AYUDH Mangaluru make an attempt to increase the number of these wild naturally growing trees by making mud balls containing seeds and dispersing them at suitable locations during upcoming treks.

They assembled at the Brahmasthana temple and Puja was performed by the Brahmachari for the collected seeds. After the seeds were blessed at the temple the seed ball making event began. It was a fun filled event where all were kids while at the same time responsible nature loving humans.



Total of 700 seeds balls were prepared by AYUDH Mangaluru. Mata Amritanandamayi math head, Brahmacharini Mangalamrta Chaitanya graced the event.
