Kundapur: Deer rescued from barren well

Kundapur, May 6: A deer that strayed from the forest and fell into a barren well near Gangolli Rama Mandira was rescued by forest guard and locals.

The presence of deer in the well was known by the cries of monkeys. Forest officials visited to rescue the one and a half year old male deer.



The deer was lifted up and left in the forest with the help of guard Udaya, Gangolli residents Sathish Poojary and Babu Hanif.
