Udupi: Knee pain - Deve Gowda returns to resort

Udupi, May 10: Former Prime Minister, H D Deve Gowda, who had been treated for a few days at Sairadha Heritage Resort as per naturopathy and other systems, returned to continue with his treatment on Thursday May 9. He was accompanied by his wife, Chennamma.

Deve Gowda and chief minister, H D Kumaraswamy, had been treated at this facility by a 40-member team led by medical expert of Gosval Ayurvedic care, Dr Tanmay Goswami, for five days. Apart from naturopathy, they were subjected to Yoga, medication and Panchakarma treatment for five days.

On Thursday, Deve Gowda arrived at Mangaluru international airport and moved to the resort by car. He will be treated for five days to provide relief from acute knee joint pain. On Friday he will visit Goddess Amurtheshwari temple at Kota accompanied by his wife and offer puja to the goddess there on Friday, it is gathered.

    Devegowda is prepaing to be fit for PM position....reminds me of Vajpayee who was regularly going to Kerala for rejuvenation holidays when he was PM
