Mangaluru, May 12: Fr Praveeth Alfonso SAC was ordained priest recently at Sacred Heart Church Vorkady in the deanery of Kasargod of the diocese of Mangaluru.

Fr Praveeth belongs to the congregation of Pallottines of the ABVM province Bengaluru. He was ordained priest by the bishop of Mangaluru Dr Peter Paul Saldanha. It was attended by many Pallottines as well as diocese priests. Faithful of Vorkady parish along with the parish priest Fr Francis organised the entire ceremony and programme.

More than a thousand people witnessed the ordination.
