Udupi: Pejawar Swamiji to attend swearing in ceremony today

Udupi, May 30: Head of Pejawar Math, Sri Vishveshateertha Swamiji, would be taking part in the swearing-in ceremony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at 7 pm today at New Delhi.

On the basis of invitation received from the office of the Prime Minister, the Swamiji has already left for New Delhi. He had been invited to attend the first swearing-in ceremony by Modi in 2014, where the Swamiji's disciple, Uma Bharti too was sworn in as minister.

Karnataka chief minister, H D Kumaraswamy will also attend the said ceremony. After the ceremony, he will stay at the Karnataka Bhavan. It is said that he plans to meet Rahul Gandhi during the stay.
