Mangaluru: Customs officials seize gold worth Rs 10.84 lac at airport

Mangaluru, May 30: The customs officials at the International airport in the city seized foreign origin (in paste form) worth Rs 10.84 lac on Tuesday May 28.

The weight of the confiscated gold is 333.40 grams net.

This was seized from a passenger who arrived from Dubai by SpiceJet flight SG60.

The arrested person had concealed the gold in the arch of his feet that were covered by socks worn by him.
