Employees are also stake holders and the partners in the development of MCC Bank. Proactive attitude, dedication and determination of the employees will definitely benefit the Bank in pursuing its goal . I think this is the first time MCC bank has organized annual staff conference, I congratulate and appreciate the dynamic and visionary chairmen Sri. Anil Lobo and the board of directors of the MCC bank for organizing such an event. This will lift the morale of the staff and will provide a platform for the management and the staff to share their grievances, their ideas, their thoughts as it is the only tool to bridge the gap between the employees and the Board. Good luck to all the staff of MCC bank as motivated employees are the best asset and will add values to our bank, and all the best to the management for your vision, let your mission be successful.
