There are many such videos circulating on social media every day. This is the unstoppable process unless the Telecom regulatory authority regulates the content.
Just randomly picking and sending them to jail will not protect the dignity of the women or fill the rape victim deep scares.
These videos may have definitely uploaded by the perpetrators. The action must have been taken by the cybersecurity before the damage has been intense.
Any content once uploaded on the internet it is impossible to take down. Instead, I would suggest permanently block the social media account of such criminals and no new issue of the sim to these culprits once released on bail or completion of the sentence.

This is all due to mis guidance, wrong friendship, vulgar content in the media, misuse of media, technology, liberalism, courtesy of pornograpy and lack of self control and piety.

Self control in thought action and deeds is very much required whether it is love, entertainment, addictions, material greed, in money matter or wealth. One mistake sometimes put you into hellish situation. Same parents ought to teach their children.

What a nut case are you! Do you think just because people get food for subsidised cost, they stop working?
Do the people work only for food? Do you think all those who eat in Indira canteens go there everyday, every time?
What do you think of poor and their necessities? Is food the only thing for which one works and toils hard in life?
What about building house, educating children, marriage, getting some jewelry, buying a piece of land etc or is it that all these dreams are limited only to the rich? Do the life of poor end just with having food? Don't they have the right to dream about their future, saving some money for the future, building a house for themselves or buying a property, jewelry, clothese, educating their children etc? What about hospital expences? Such absurd thinking about poor and poverty!

Subsidised food or bhagyas can only bring some solace and relief to these poor people. But live even a moderate 'hand-to-mouth' life, they still need to work, toil hard under scorching sun, pouring skies and bone-crushing winter. Would you stop working if govt provides same bhagyas and Indira canteen food to you? This sort of thinking of the 'haves' is the real curse to this society.

First of all close all the Indira Canteens and stop the various Bhagyas ....
Let people work hard whole day, sitting idle and eating at subsidised canteens allow them to have enough time to spend in rumour spreading and social media activities ....

If the girl is exposing herself on a video call, she does it deliberately with the understanding that the call might be recorded and the video might also be shared.
So when the girl is not bothered, why police are desperately worried?? They could work on complaints lying on their tables instead.

Police have the responsibility to take actions on their own if anything is illegal and may influence others negatively and corrupt the morality and integrity of the society. Many illegal activities are prevented for the fear of law and order.

With a budget like the one we have, and the semi-educated management of India, I am sure there will be a lot more video-calls like this.

After all, people want to live well, and contribute to the USD5 trillion economy - in whatever way they can...

...especially when there is no hope of real jobs.
