Mangaluru, Jul 6: With a view to establish the city as a future of the fashion industry, Shadow Fashion was launched in Kinnigoli, Mangaluru and is considered to be haven for creating the perfect wardrobe, a dream for every fashionista.
On Sunday, July 7, for the very first time in the fashion history of Mangaluru, the Shadow Fashion will launch a national level beauty pageant for the title of Mr and Ms Alpha India 2019 and Ms Alpha Super National 2019. The event will be inaugurated at 10 am in Canara College Auditorium, Mangaluru. The model hunt begins with a hope to find not only a beautiful face, but beauty with brains, instilled with confidence, poise, who will be an inspiration, has great headshots, a brilliant portfolio, who is prepared and dressed for the part.
The objective of this event is to provide a platform for those who aspire to be successful in modelling and for those who wish to enter the glamour industry while also being an ambassador, who want to strive for the betterment of the society. This platform will help in recognizing a youth icon for the nation who will educate people to create an Eco-friendly, disciplined and a civilized society.
The auditions will commence from first week of July 2019, in several reputed colleges across India.
Over 140 contestants from all over India will be staying at a resort and will be groomed and trained by national and international models for a period of six days. The top 69 contestants will advance to the grand finale for a chance to win the title of Mr and Ms Alpha India 2019 and Ms Alpha Super National 2019.
The grand finale of this national level beauty pageant would commence from September 30, 2019, in Mangaluru and will run for a week. The audience for the finale from all over India is expected to be over 5,000 and more.
The event will be subjected to vast media coverage and several media companies from across the country will witness the beauty pageant.
Diverse set of people belonging to different professions from the glamour world; celebrities, professional models, directors, producers and fashion designers from Sandalwood, Tollywood and Bollywood are expected to grace this event. This event is being viewed as a means to skyrocket the city of Mangaluru to greater heights.
